Lorraine Jordan began building her business savvy at the age of 13 when she started working for the Dupuis store in Penetanguishene. She had a natural talent for marketing and loved helping people find what they were looking for. When she is not at work you can find Lorraine enjoying time with her children at the arena, golf course and local parks or cruising in her ’67 Buick Skylark. Lorraine and her family volunteer every year for the Cancer Relay for Life, Canada Day celebrations, and for Team Jordan’s Annual Client Appreciation events.

I am experienced in new and re-sale homes and have been involved in the real estate industry since 2004. She believes in constantly educating herself regarding changing market trends and real estate regulations in order to best serve her clients.
Susie also serves as the Southern Georgian Bay Real Estate Associations Membership Chairperson.

Margaret was born and raised in the Midland/Penetanguishene area and began her real estate career in 1994. She has built a strong reputation through years of entrepreneurial experiences and as someone who strives for excellence and understands the important art of customer service.
Having a strong knowledge of the area and a service above self attitude, Margaret would be thrilled to help you find your perfect home, cottage or investment property. Margaret loves to watch her daughter play hockey, fish with her boys, scuba dive and tour the area with her family in their 1975 Caprice Classic. She has strong community ties and serves as a member of the Seniors Council.

Nicole is the friendly face who greets clients and the public, and the voice that answers the Team Jordan phone. Her exceptional communication skills and dedication to customer service provide Team Jordan’s clients with the professional care they deserve.
Her attention to detail and organizational skills in file management allow her to effectively track accepted offers from the time they are submitted to the office through to the closing date.
She is a keen observer and as such, usually five steps ahead of our clients and the Team’s needs. Nicole enjoys spending time outside of work with her family.

Lea-Andra has worked with Team Jordan for the past five years. She is detail oriented and works in the background processing new properties for sale, and enters properties into the MLS system.
She is a natural problem solver and has a strong skill set in organization and communication. Her knowledge and passion for technology, computer programs and office functions allows her to offer professional and knowledgeable support to the sales team.

Mary has been involved in the real estate industry in various administrative capacities for the past eighteen years. She is the recipient of the 2010 Administrator’s Award from the Southern Georgian Bay Real Estate Association.
Her experience with office functions, databases and computer programs resulted in updated office procedures and more effective flow of information. Her excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and ability to maintain composure under pressure enables her to support both the Team and administrative staff, and ensures a smoothly operating office.
Mary’s optimism, energy and humor make the buying and selling processes enjoyable for the Team’s clients, and she is especially committed to streamlining all aspects of the deal process. Outside of work, Mary has lent time to a variety of volunteer causes.

Liz has been coming to Thunder Beach since she was a child, and has spent many weekends and summers at her family cottage. Over the years Liz has lived in many places across Canada, but her heart was always in Ontario. She loved the area where her family vacationed so much that she decided to make it her home.
Liz became a licensed realtor in 1992, and is experienced in new homes, re-sales, commercial and recreational properties. She brought 18 years of marketing experience with her and she is committed to helping our clients find the right home.
