My Role
Lorraine Jordan is a full-time, career realtor affiliated with Royal LePage First Contact Realty (Huronia) Brokerage. She has been licensed in Real Estate since 1988. As a Penetanguishene native, Lorraine is well aware of growth patterns and ever-changing market conditions in the Penetang/Midland area needed to determine Sales and Purchasing trends. As team leader, Lorraine actively cultivates relationships with buyers, sellers and investors, lists property, negotiates agreements, gives sellers valuable feedback from buyers on a weekly basis and oversees the sales/marketing process of your home.
