Tiffin-by-the-Bay - A Community Profile

Our Mid-rise building Tiffin Place, a 55 unit, 4-storey condominium apartment building offered one and two bedroom designs. Located across from the Town's waterfront park, all units at Tiffin Place have great views of Georgian Bay from large outdoor terraces and balconies.

The design of the homes themselves at Tiffin BY.THE.BAY are unique.
