About the Builder
For approximately 35 years, DON DELBROCCO has been a contractor in the Midland-Penetanguishene area and has an "Excellent" rating as a New Home Builder. Don takes pride in everything he does and this shows in the quality of the homes he builds. He has a "hands on" approach to building and his customers can expect to often see him at the building site working side by side with his construction crews. Repeat customers are the true testament to his endurance and continued success in this industry.
Earlier this year Don married his long time love Patricia Watson and they now reside just outside of Midland in a beautiful custom home which Don built for her. When at home, Don and Pat enjoy cooking, sharing a bottle of wine, gardening and spending time with family & friends.
Throughout the years Sunrise Homes has built quality homes throughout Midland, Penetanguishene, Tay, and Tiny Townships. Last year Sunrise Homes completed construction of the last four houses in the Church St. Meadows subdivision off of Fuller Ave. in Penetanguishene. This was a long term project where Don built homes for approximately 11 years.
Don is truly a builder who works with his clients to achieve a home they will be proud to call their own.
